Personal checks:
Corroboration of wage slips.
Corroboration of job contracts, with confirmation from the company itself.
Corroboration and copy of identity documents: national ID document, passport, etc.
Personal interview to ensure the potential tenant will get on with the neighbours.
Bank guarantee or commitment to guarantee six months’ rental payment.
If the tenant does not understand the language, we can provide sworn translations of the contract. The aim is to avoid any
misunderstandings.
